Overview

The RT45PRO Lithium Electric Reach Stacker is the 4,500 lb capacity flagship of Noblelift professional reach-stacker line - the heavy-capacity sister to the RT35PRO. Built on the same premium 48V chassis with extended high-bay capability up to 492 inches (41 feet) of lift.

Heavy-Capacity Moving-Mast Architecture

The defining structural difference vs. the RT35PRO is the upgraded fork width (4.7" vs 3.9"), larger load wheels (13" vs 11.2"), and 33% larger industrial battery (48V/560Ah vs 420Ah) required to safely carry 4,500 lb pallets at full reach and extended lift heights up to 492 inches.

Battery & Optional Lithium

Standard 48V/560Ah industrial lead-acid battery (33% larger than RT35PRO) with 48V/80A 208-220V or 480V 3-Phase charger. Optional lithium upgrade replaces both: 48V/400Ah Lithium + matching charger (+$9,500), eliminating watering and equalization, supporting opportunity charging, with a separate 5-Year Limited Warranty.

Wireless Camera & Operator Ergonomics

Wireless 2.4 GHz camera with IP69 rating - full water/dust protection. At 492" of lift, the camera is mandatory equipment. Adjustable elbow pad, fingertip control proportional lift, integrated side shifter, electric power steering all standard.
