Overview

The PSX30 "EDGE ELITE" is a premium lithium-powered electric walkie straddle stacker featuring Full Free Lift capability — the defining feature that separates the EDGE ELITE class from the standard PSE-series. Full Free Lift allows the operator to raise the forks to a usable height without raising the outer mast, enabling stacking inside trucks, containers, mezzanines, and other low-overhead environments.

What is Full Free Lift?

Full Free Lift (FFL) is a premium mast configuration that allows the inner mast and forks to rise to a usable height before the outer mast extends. On the PSX30, this means stacking inside trailers and containers without hitting the ceiling, loading and unloading at dock-height without telescoping the mast, better forward visibility during low-height stacking operations, and reduced lowered-mast-height (LMH) for low-clearance doorways.

Lithium Battery & Charging

The PSX30 "EDGE ELITE" is lithium-native with the largest standard battery in its class: 24V/100Ah Lithium with BMS, built-in 24V/25A 110V charger, 3,000+ cycle life with zero maintenance, and plug-and-play charging at any standard outlet. The larger lithium pack delivers extended runtime for high-cycle 3-shift operations.

Operator Controls & Smart Handle

• Keyless pin-code panel for quick operator authentication

• RFID card access for badge-tap login

• LCD display showing battery state-of-charge, hour meter, and fault codes

• Pinwheel turning - drive with the tiller in vertical position for tight 90 degree corners

• USB connector for scanner or device charging

Drivetrain & Performance

Curtis CAN-bus controller, 24V DC permanent magnetic drive motor, centered drive motor for stability, 2.6 mph unloaded / 2.8 mph loaded travel speed, and speed reduction in turns standard.

Adjustable Straddle Design

Adjustable base legs accommodate I.D. 38.62"-50.43" and O.D. 46.5"-58.31", suitable for GMA pallets, custom pallets, plastic skids, and dunnage racks.
