PS30CB / PS40CB Electric Counterbalanced Stacker Series

Overview

The PS30CB / PS40CB Series is Noblelift heavy-duty electric counterbalanced stacker line - a step up from the walkie PSE11N-CB. Available in 3,000 lb and 4,000 lb capacities with fourteen mast configurations spanning 98" to 177" of lift, combining ZAPI/Schabmueller European drivetrain, ride-on platform, and full counterbalanced operation.

Counterbalanced Design

• No straddle legs - works with closed-bottom pallets, drums, IBCs, custom skids, dunnage

• Direct rack access - no leg clearance against rack face

• Tighter aisle requirements than equivalent-capacity straddle stackers

• Ride-on platform - operator stands on unit for long shifts

Full Free Lift on 3-Stage Masts

Full Free Lift is standard on all 3-stage variants (142, 157, 169, 177) at no additional cost. Available as a +$225 upgrade on 2-stage variants (98, 118, 126). FFL allows the inner mast and forks to rise to a usable height before the outer mast extends - critical for stacking inside trailers, containers, and mezzanines.

Battery & Lithium Upgrade

PS30CB ships with a 24V/270Ah industrial battery (side extraction); PS40CB ships with a 24V/350Ah industrial battery (side extraction). Lithium upgrades: PS30CB = 150Ah LFP + 60A charger (+$3,400); PS40CB = 200Ah LFP + 80A charger (+$4,200).

Ride-On Platform

The defining feature versus the walkie PSE11N-CB: the PS30CB/PS40CB includes a ride-on operator platform with protective arms, allowing the operator to stand on the unit during travel. This reduces fatigue on long shifts and increases throughput in distribution-center applications.

Backed by a 3-Year Limited Warranty covering parts and labor on the drivetrain, electrical system, and structural components. Lithium battery upgrades carry a separate manufacturer warranty (typically 5 years / 3,000 cycles).
