PSE11CB Lithium Counterbalanced Stacker Series

Overview

The PSE11N-CB Series is a purpose-built lithium-powered mini-counterbalanced electric stacker designed for mezzanine applications, retail backrooms, light manufacturing, and tight-aisle warehousing where the floor space and overhead clearance will not accommodate a straddle stacker. With 1,100 lb load capacity and four mast configurations spanning 62" to 126" of lift.

What is a Counterbalanced Stacker?

Unlike straddle stackers which rely on outboard straddle legs that extend beneath the pallet for stability, a counterbalanced stacker carries the load entirely forward of the wheels - balanced by the weight of the chassis and battery behind the operator.

• No straddle legs - works with closed-bottom pallets, custom skids, drums, IBCs, and dunnage

• Mezzanine compatible - drives directly onto mezzanine surfaces without leg interference

• Tighter aisle requirements - narrower turning radius than a straddle stacker

• Direct rack access - no straddle clearance needed against the rack face

Lithium Battery & Fast Charging

The PSE11N-CB is lithium-native: 24V/60Ah Lithium battery with integrated BMS, built-in 24V/25A 110V charger, fast-charge capability for opportunity charging during breaks, 3,000+ cycle life with zero maintenance, and plug-and-play charging at any standard outlet. Critical for mezzanine deployments where a battery room and high-amp charger infrastructure is rarely available.

Operator Controls & Smart Handle

• Keyless pin-code panel for quick operator authentication

• RFID card access for badge-tap login

• LCD display showing battery state-of-charge and hour meter

• Pinwheel turning for tight 90 degree corners

Drivetrain & Performance

Curtis CAN-bus controller, 24V DC permanent magnetic drive motor, centered drive motor for stability, 2.9 mph unloaded / 2.8 mph loaded travel speed, speed reduction in turns standard, 9" x 2.95" polyurethane drive tire, 3.3" x 2.8" polyurethane load wheels.
