Overview

The PS35TSL / PS40TSL Series is Noblelift's professional heavy-duty walkie straddle stacker line, engineered for industrial warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities that demand the ergonomics of a walkie stacker with the throughput capacity normally reserved for sit-down riders. Available in two capacity classes (3,500 lb and 4,000 lb) and eleven mast configurations spanning 113.25" to 206" of lift.

Full Free Lift (FFL) on 3-Stage Masts

Full Free Lift is standard on all 3-stage mast variants (157, 169, 181, 208) at no additional cost. FFL allows the inner mast and forks to rise to a usable height before the outer mast extends, enabling stacking inside trailers, containers, mezzanines, and other low-overhead environments. Available as a +$350 upgrade on 2-stage variants (114, 126).

Battery & Lithium Upgrade

PS35TSL ships with a 24V/270Ah industrial battery; PS40TSL ships with a 24V/350Ah industrial battery. Lithium upgrade options: PS35TSL = 150Ah LFP + 60A charger (+$500); PS40TSL = 200Ah LFP + 80A charger (+$600). Lithium eliminates watering, reduces charging time, and extends runtime.

Performance

Travel speed: 3.4 mph unloaded / 3.7 mph loaded - the fastest walkie stacker in the line. Adjustable base legs: I.D. 38"-50", O.D. 46"-58". Class II forks 42"L x 10-28.7"W. 9" x 2.95" polyurethane drive tire and 3.3" x 3.3" load wheels.

Warranty & Support

Backed by a 3-Year Limited Warranty covering parts and labor on the drivetrain, electrical system, and structural components. Lithium battery upgrades carry a separate manufacturer warranty (typically 5 years / 3,000 cycles). Extended service plans, on-site training, and nationwide field support are available through PHS Lift dealer network.
