Overview

The PT60-80R is a heavy-duty center-controlled rider electric pallet truck built for high-throughput warehouse and distribution operations. Available in two capacity classes—6,000 lb (PT60R) and 8,000 lb (PT80R)—this rider pallet truck combines German-engineered drivetrain components with a robust U.S. battery compartment to deliver reliable performance across multi-shift, long-aisle dock-to-stock applications.

Model Variants

• PT60R-2748 — 6,000 lb capacity, 27″ × 48″ forks, 2,380 lb service weight

• PT80R-2896 — 8,000 lb capacity, 28″ × 96″ forks, 2,520 lb service weight

Both variants share the same 9.15″ fork lift height and 3.25″ lowered fork height (LFH) for compatibility with standard GMA pallets and dock plates.

Battery & Charging

The PT60-80R ships standard with a 24V/350Ah lead-acid industrial battery sourced from U.S. Battery, paired with a 24V/55A 110V on-board charger. For high-cycle operations, two lithium upgrades are available: a 200Ah Lithium-Iron LFP pack (+$1,100) and a 300Ah Lithium-Iron LFP pack (+$1,900), both including a 24V/100A 3-phase industrial charger. Lithium options eliminate watering, reduce charging time, and extend usable runtime per shift.

Freezer Application Package

The optional Freezer Application Package prepares the unit for sustained operation in sub-zero environments (down to -4°F / -20°C). It includes battery heating, cold-rated hydraulic fluid, sealed electrical connections, and corrosion-resistant components. Warranty & Support

Backed by a 36-month bumper-to-bumper warranty covering parts and labor on the drivetrain, electrical system, and structural components. Lithium battery upgrades carry a separate manufacturer warranty (typically 5 years / 3,000 cycles).
