Mud and gravel
Pneumatic tires with deep tread handle wet fields and gravel yards where standard cushion or solid tires bog down.
Rough-terrain Noblelift forklifts for agricultural operations, lumber yards, and outdoor material handling.
Farms, ranches, and lumber yards run on rough terrain and seasonal cycles. Pallet moves in muddy fields, harvest staging, lumber-stack tear-downs, and yard milk runs. The equipment works hard for two or three months a year and sits in a shed the rest of the time. PHS Lift carries Noblelift rough-terrain trucks suited to that pattern: the FTH Series 4WD Diesel Telehandler, the RT Series rough-terrain forklifts, and lithium-powered electric trucks for indoor packing-shed work. For attachments like bale spikes, fork extensions, and crane jibs, we quote factory or aftermarket options on request.
What every buyer in this vertical wrestles with — and how the right spec fixes it.

Equipment sits 8-9 months a year. Battery health matters more than usage hours. Lithium holds charge for 6+ months unattended; lead-acid needs monthly trickle charging.
Farms are often 30-100 miles from the nearest dealer. We ship parts within one business day from our Indiana hub, and many Noblelift service items are stocked locally with regional partners.

Typical operator: a midsize farm (500-5,000 acres), lumber yard, nursery, or grain elevator. Equipment runs 200-600 hours per year — much lower than warehouse use, but in much harsher conditions.
They buy on durability and dealer parts response, not on initial price. A truck that lasts 15 years vs 8 is worth significantly more even if it costs 20% more up front.
Questions agriculture & lumber buyers ask us most.
Outdoor storage is possible with the right spec. Diesel trucks tolerate cold-weather starts with cold-rated diesel fuel and a battery blanket. Lithium trucks should be stored above freezing or kept on a maintainer charger for cold-weather longevity. We can advise on specific models.
Fork extensions for long lumber, bale spikes for hay, drum handlers for fuel and chemical drums, and crane jibs for tank or implement lifts. Most attach via the standard ITA Class II or III carriage. We quote attachments on request.
Diesel works well if you run 400+ hours a year and the truck lives in a barn year-round. Lithium is a good choice for low-usage operations that want easy storage and zero indoor emissions in the packing shed. Many farms run one of each.
Most operators run calendar-based annual service when usage stays below 500 hours/year. Higher-use fleets follow hour-based service intervals. Specifics vary by model; we provide the manufacturer service schedule with each delivery.
