File a Freight Damage Claim

Equipment arrived damaged? Submit this form and our team will file the claim with Noblelift on your behalf. You'll hear back within 1 business day.

Before filing: If the equipment is still on the truck and is visibly damaged, refuse the shipment and note the damage on the BOL. Photograph everything before the driver leaves. Concealed damage must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

Required for damage claims: at least 5 photos — overall shot of the damage, close-up of the worst spot, the crate / packaging, the BOL with damage noted, and the serial plate. Add the driver's signed BOL, your invoice, or other docs if you have them.
